  • Represent clients in all stages of civil and commercial litigations (first instance, trial of appeal, enforcement, retrial, etc.).

    Capital Markets Cases
  • Represented a stock investor in an administrative penalty hearing regarding alleged insider trading; successfully demonstrated to the provincial Securities Regulatory Bureau that the facts of the violation were not established, resulting in the closure of the case without penalty.
  • Represented 27 individual investors in a lawsuit against Foshan Electrical and Lighting Co.,Ltd. (000541.SZ), claim damages over its misrepresentations and received full compensation.  
  • Represented clients in multiple securities fraud cases against Guangdong Rongtai Industry Co., Ltd. (600589.SH) and Kangmei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (600518.SH), successfully mediating and securing full compensation of the settlement amount.
  • Represented investors in a civil claim for damages arising from securities misrepresentation against the Bright Oceans Inter-Telecom Corporation(600289.SH), successfully recovering compensation for the clients.

  • Represented a Hong Kong shareholder in a lawsuit regarding the compulsory liquidation of a domestic foreign-invested enterprise; provided effective legal solutions to resolve shareholder disputes and break the corporate deadlock.
  • Represented a French company in an international trade dispute against a pharmaceutical company in Guangzhou to recover nearly RMB one million.
  • Represented a Zhongshan company against a Hong Kong company in a sales contract dispute, and successfully concluded the case through mediation.
  • Represented a paper company in Guangxi to sue an American company in a sales contract dispute and won the case.
  • Represented a Guangzhou pharmaceutical company in an asset acquisition arbitration procedure with a subsidiary of Synod at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with full recovery of outstanding debts.

  • Represented our clients in many labor disputes, divorce disputes, honor infringement disputes, and nuisance removal disputes, and achieved satisfactory results.
  • Represented a real estate company affiliated with a central enterprise in an arbitration procedure at Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, with an award of nearly RMB 500 million in favor of our client. 
  • Represented a public institution in a labor dispute lawsuit initiated by a management executive; secured a successful outcome that prevented nearly RMB 3.5 million in economic losses for the institution.
  • Represented a supply chain company in a dispute regarding the insurer's right of subrogation filed by China Life Insurance Company; obtained a favorable judgment exempting the client from liability to the insurer.
  • Represented a Guangdong import and export company in a parking space purchase dispute against a government department, and saved our client from losses over RMB 10 million.
  • Represented our client in a series of loan disputes with a financial institution, and successfully discharged the client's guarantee liability of over RMB 100 million.
  • Represented a Guangdong supply chain service company in a financial loan contract dispute with a Guangdong bank, Guangzhou branch, and successfully waived more than RMB 30 million for our client.

  • Represented Mr. He in a private loan contract dispute (the subject matter of the case was more than RMB 34 million) and won the case.
  • Represented our clients in many lawsuits involving lease contract disputes and property service contract disputes, and achieved satisfactory results.
  • Represented a patient in a medical malpractice lawsuit against a medical institution, successfully establishing the institution's fault and obtaining the corresponding compensation for the damages caused by the malpractice.
